Due to the custom and digital nature of our services (AI development, automation, consulting), all projects are considered tailored work. - No Guaranteed Refunds
Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes strategy, development, and implementation phases. - Eligibility for Refunds

- If no work has started on the project
- If both parties mutually agree to cancel before significant progress
